Services

Quotes are fixed-scope. Changes beyond scope are estimated separately. Timelines assume timely client feedback.

Payments

Typically 50% to start, 50% on launch unless otherwise agreed. Care plans bill monthly and cancel anytime with 14 days notice.

Intellectual property

On final payment, clients own their site content and brand deliverables. We retain the right to showcase work unless an NDA states otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content. Rate limits and spam controls apply.

Liability

Services are provided “as is”. Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project.
